Paradise Ballrooms Pty. Ltd. Have retained Casey Davis as the Function Co-ordinator heading up a Management team with many years of experience in the Hospitality and Functions Service field. We have over 50 staff and a full time chef and apprentices, to make sure your function runs smoothly.

Our Executive Chef Shane Debnam, has many years experience in functions service, and is an expert in this field. He has been in our organisation for many years and has run the Kitchen of our other function venues in Sydney and on the South Coast.
